CISA was initiated 10 years ago by a group of committed international students to
serve and help the international students cope with their new environment and help them fit in their new home,
namely Concordia University, Montreal, the Province of Quebec and Canada. This incentive led to the creation of
CISA, which counts nowadays to more than 2000 members and many more around the world.
Besides, CISA has become one of the largest and most active associations at Concordia. An executive board is
in charge of managing the association and its projects. This board is formed of thirteen hardworking and dedicated
students who experienced the very same things you are currently experiencing. Our executive consists of two
Co-Presidents and nine Vice-Presidents in different categories (for this year: Activities,Diversity Adventure and Sports,
Public Relations, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology,) who are elected every April
